This policy explains what personal information ZAKDOR collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We have written it in plain English rather than legal padding.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

• Name, delivery address, phone number and email when you place an order
• Payment information — processed directly by our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details
• Any message, photo or video you send us for a support request
• Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, and your phone number if you claim a welcome offer

Information collected automatically:

• Device type, browser, operating system and IP address
• Pages viewed, products clicked, time spent and referring website
• Cookies and similar technologies — see section 6

3. Why We Use It

• To process, pack, ship and deliver your order
• To confirm COD orders and send delivery updates by SMS, WhatsApp and email
• To handle returns, replacements and refunds
• To answer your support messages
• To detect and prevent fraud and abusive ordering
• To improve our product range, pricing and website
• To send marketing messages — only where you have opted in, and you can opt out any time

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with parties who need it to deliver our service:

• Shopify — the platform hosting this store and processing checkout
• Payment gateways — to process UPI, card and net banking payments securely
• Courier and logistics partners — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your parcel
• Suppliers and fulfilment partners — some of whom are located outside India. Where a product you order is shipped by such a partner, your name, delivery address and phone number are shared with them so they can dispatch it. By placing such an order you consent to this transfer.
• Communication tools — for order-status SMS, WhatsApp and email
• Analytics providers — in aggregated or pseudonymised form, to understand how the store is used
• Law enforcement or regulators — only where we are legally required to

5. How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support conversations are kept for a reasonable period so we can handle repeat issues.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand which pages perform well. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — note that blocking essential cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working.

7. Your Rights

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it
• Stop sending you marketing messages

8. Security

Our store runs on Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure with SSL encryption on every page. No online system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

9. Children

Our store is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as our business changes. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version.
