These terms govern your use of the ZAKDOR website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them.

1. About Us

ZAKDOR is an online retail store operating from Bada Beldari, Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar 845438, India. Contact: support@zakdor.com, +91 96086 87671.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products, Pricing and Availability

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Compare-at prices shown alongside our selling price reflect genuine prevailing market prices, not inflated figures.
• We try to describe every product accurately, but colours may vary slightly across screens and minor packaging changes may occur.
• Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and issue a full refund.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Orders

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm dispatch.
• We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, abusive ordering patterns, an undeliverable address, or a pricing error.
• Cash on Delivery orders may require verification by phone, WhatsApp or SMS before dispatch.

5. Payment

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by our payment partners on Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store your card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on courier partners and conditions outside our control. We currently ship within India only. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our 7-day replacement guarantee and refund process are set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to place fraudulent orders
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or other users' data
• Copy, reproduce or resell our content, images or product descriptions without written permission
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt the site

9. Intellectual Property

The ZAKDOR name, logo, site design, graphics and written content are our property or licensed to us. You may not use them without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

11. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar, India.

13. Grievance Officer

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
