Common questions

My tracking link is not working yet

Tracking usually activates within 24 hours of dispatch. If the link was just sent, give it a few hours.

Tracking has not updated in two days

This is normally fine — scans pause while a parcel moves between hubs. If there is no movement for more than three working days, message us and we will chase the courier directly.

It says delivered but I did not receive it

Check with family, neighbours or your building security first, as couriers often leave parcels with them. If it is still missing, contact us within 48 hours and we will raise a formal investigation with the courier.

I missed the delivery

Our courier partners make up to three attempts. Keep your phone reachable. After three failed attempts the parcel returns to us and we will contact you about redelivery.

I need to change my delivery address
