Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your pincode. Metro cities are usually faster; remote and hilly areas can take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders within India, with no minimum order value.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after dispatch.

Incorrect address

Please check your address and phone number carefully. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, re-shipping charges will apply.

Delays beyond our control

Weather, strikes, regional restrictions, festival rush and courier delays can extend delivery times. We will keep you updated and do our best to resolve any issue quickly.
