This store is operated from Mohalla Beldari, Ward No. 35, P.O. Barwat Pasrain (Jama Badi Masjid), West Champaran, Bihar 845438, India, and sells within India only.

Eligibility

Products, pricing and availability

We try to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration; slight variation in colour, finish or packaging is possible.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices, withdraw products, or limit quantities at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. An order is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation email.

We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if the address appears invalid, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if the order cannot be delivered to your location.

Payment

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and their terms also apply.

Returns and shipping

Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy our content, images or descriptions without written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics and logos — belongs to Zakdor or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zakdor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar.

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
